My background spans the intersection of geospatial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and business systems, giving me a broad lens for identifying the right problems and building the right teams to solve them. Over more than 20 years I have helped lead organizations through legacy modernization, cloud transformation, and large scale operational redesign with a consistent focus on practical outcomes over theoretical strategy.

As CTO at National Land Realty, I lead enterprise technology and GIS strategy supporting hundreds of agents and clients nationwide. My role includes setting direction across cloud architecture, deployment modernization, business intelligence, interactive mapping, and AI enabled workflows while ensuring teams are aligned, accountable, and executing against business priorities.

What I do best is make sense of big, ambiguous problems. Leaders bring me in when they need someone who can assess a complex operational or technology challenge, cut through the noise, build the right team around it, and drive the organization forward with clarity and speed. I work across all levels of an organization, from frontline teams to the C suite, and I am most effective when the problems are hard and the stakes are high.
